Q: What makes Dr. Koo Skin Care products unique?

A: After 23 years of practice, Dr. Koo has seen countless products touting to be the next best thing come and go. After years of frustration over substandard products, she finally stepped into compounding a medical topical cosmeceutical line herself. Her philosophy is that of revolution not evolution. She is using the purest, most effective ingredients as well as unique and unsurpassed delivery systems, buffering, microsomes, nanoparticles, and chemical formulations to create the most powerful skincare treatment system. Why do this? Because SO much can be achieved with continued and preventive skin care. Dr. Koo wants her patients to have the best skin that they can possibly have. These premium formulations based on my years of experience are for those who want to look and feel better.

Q: How do I get started with these new products?

A: The premise behind our system is to help you start your treatment plan by understanding your skin conditions. We offer the following Total System programs in both 3 and 5 pack configurations: Very Dry – for skin that is extremely dry or sun damaged Breakout – for any skin type with the occasional acne breakout Oily – for over-all oily skin that can be acne prone Combination – for oily skin that can feel dry Sensitive – for skin that buns easily and is easily irritated Uneven – for skin with age spots, sun spots or uneven pigmentation

Q: How many brands and products do you carry?

A: We currently have 6 brand lines with 18 total products: GLOSS – vitamin pak BOOST – mild; silky; ultra; intense GLOW – fair; medium; dark REJUVENATE – gentle; moderate; advanced; ultra CLEANSE – creamy; polishing; exfoliating; clarifying REPAIR – scar cream; blemishes

Q: Where are Dr. Koo Skincare products manufactured?

A: Dr. Koo Skin Care products are formulated, bottles and fulfilled in St. Louis Missouri.

Q: When will my product ship?

A: We will be shipping products at least 2 times per week. Shipping batches will be pulled on Tuesday and Thursdays.

Q: When will my payment be collected?

A: Your credit card will be authorized upon placement of your order. Payment will be collected when your order ships.

Q: Are your products tested on animals/cruelty free?

A: None of our products (nor our ingredients) are tested on animals. We thoroughly test our products on ourselves before putting them through rigorous clinical testing as well.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Dr. Koo Skin Care accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

Q: Can I cancel and order before it ships?

A: Yes, please email us at info@drkooskincare.com or give us a call at (314)984-8331 to cancel your order. Only orders which have not shipped may be cancelled.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, to select EU countries. Please contact info@drkooskincare.com with specific inquiries.

Q: What are your shipping rates?

A: USPS Standard shipping rates start at $5 and vary based on shipping location and number of products purchased. Shipping if free on all 3 and 5 Piece Total System packages

Q: My product just arrived and it seems to be leaking! Help!

A: We are so sorry! We’re on it. Please contact info@drkooskincare.com or call (314) 984-8331 and describe the situation, and we will get another shipment out the door for you right away.
