At Dr. Koo Skin Care, we’re committed to providing our customers with the highest quality product. If  you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily provide a full refund or credit (including tax where applicable) for merchandise returned within 120 days of your purchase date, issued in the original form of payment.

Within 120 days from purchase date, your return will be processed as a refund, back to the original form of payment.  If you would like to exchange your product(s) within 120 days of purchase, please select the “Call Me” option on the linked form below, provide your telephone number, and our Help Center will call you directly to assist you with finding the right product for you.
120+ days from purchase date, returns will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue as soon as possible. 


+ We do not accept empty bottles.

+ Partially returned kits will be reimbursed as an in-house credit. In order to receive a refund on a kit, all products in the kit must be returned.

+ International Clients: Because duties and taxes are collected by the governing country (and not DKSCs) we cannot provide a refund for these expenses. This includes brokerage fees for Canadian Clients.

Step 4. Most returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.
